If you’re planning a trip to Sardinia, renting a car is essential as you’ll get to remote spots. Transports are scarce. This island is packed with stunning beaches of turquoise mediterranean waters, ancient history and of course, great food.

It’s the perfect destination for any traveller. If you’re looking for luxury, the north coast also known as Costa Esmeralda and Porto Cervo are the spots to head. If you’re after ancient history, Cagliari, the capital city is full of ancient gems. But there’s more… Keep reading this guide to help you plan an unforgettable experience.
