Christmas is time of reunion, many emigrants travel this season to stay close to their loved ones. Others, choose to travel somewhere else to add a little twist or have some peace of mind.
Let’s not forget that the dreams of many emigrants collide with borders and bureaucracies.
Whether with family or friends, this time of the year is special for staying together and make memories, or maybe add a little something to someone that spends Christmas alone.
Spending Christmas at Gran Canaria
Back in 24.12.2016, I decided to spend Christmas with a friend (?) at Gran Canary with lovely sunshine The picture you see on this post is by the lovely beach of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
I met like-minded people and there was not less love but meaningful friendships and experiences taken from that.
2022 has been great as we finally managed to travel again.
Let’s collect more memories, less things!
